Despite our detailed pre-surgery discussions, the final outcome did not match what was initially discussed. The total cost was also 45% higher than the original quote. When I raised concerns, I was offered additional procedures at an extra cost instead of a proper resolution.

The surgery was performed at The Hospital at Maayo in Mandaue, Philippines, a facility chosen by Dr. Divinagracia herself. When I asked about the unexpected price increase, she told me it was due to hospital fees. However, since she was the one who selected the hospital, I did not anticipate such a price adjustment.
Additionally, I was charged for post-surgery follow-up appointments, something that many surgeons typically include in the initial cost. This experience raised concerns about how pricing is communicated at Clinical Divinagracia.
Post-Surgery Results: My Concerns with the Outcome
Six months after my rhinoplasty, I noticed the following issues:

- The dorsal hump was not fully removed
